We've developed a strategy for complex data aggregation using cutting-edge data science to answer the most pressing printing questions. We have visualized the process steps of printing companies and mapped the value creation process, relevant stakeholders, user personas and existing digital solutions.

Based on our analysis, we were able to define a clear roadmap to address the broad field of digital process optimization in the flexible packaging industry and thus enabled Siegwerk to be optimized over the long term.
