Director AI Business Development & Sales (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Business Development & Sales to lead our efforts in expanding our client base. If you are passionate about AI, driving growth, and building lasting relationships, this role is for you!

New offering with strong roots

✓ Responsible for acquiring new customers: Identify and acquire new customers in the DACH region, building on your existing network and through proactive contact.

Design our sales strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that supports and accelerates our growth goals.

Build valuable customer relationships: Build sustainable and long-term customer relationships, identify individual needs and offer tailor-made solutions.

Set the standard for contract negotiations: Conduct contract negotiations until successful completion and ensure that all transactions are in line with our goals.

Strengthen our internal collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and product team to synchronize business development strategy and utilize synergies.

Expanded market observations: Analyze market and competitive trends to continuously adapt and optimize our sales strategies.

Represent our offer: Represent triebwerk.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking events to strengthen our market presence.

What you need to start your mission with us:

Experience: At least 10 years proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the consulting, technology or software industry with a focus on selling services.

Strategic expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies (proven track record)

Network: A personal network of leadership contacts across industries.

Expertise: Experience working in or with AI, data analytics, or technology-driven companies

Focus on results: Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on closing deals.

Analytical skills: Analytical skills to identify market opportunities and customer needs

Communication readiness: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Flexibility: Open for flexible working hours and travelling to represent our company in the best way possible everywhere it’s needed.
