What you need to start your mission with us:
✓ Experience: At least 10 years proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the consulting, technology or software industry with a focus on selling services.
✓ Strategic expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies (proven track record)
✓ Network: A personal network of leadership contacts across industries.
✓ Expertise: Experience working in or with AI, data analytics, or technology-driven companies
✓ Focus on results: Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on closing deals.
✓ Analytical skills: Analytical skills to identify market opportunities and customer needs
✓ Communication readiness: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
